    Trying to end the year right. Here's my workout from this morning.

    Ending the year right

    Here's how it breaks down:

    • a - 5 minute warm-up.
    • b - Couch to 5K Week 2, Day 10 or so. I'm hanging out on week 2 until either this foot pain going away or I manage to get in three workouts in one week.
    • c - Walking after the C25K program. I'm starting a challenge tomorrow on the Nike+ boards for beginners -- at least 10 miles per week.
    • d - I pulled the emergency stop cord by mistake
    • e - cool - down
