Sunday we awoke to everything turning white. I had forgotten snow turning into a wintry mix was in the forecast for the day and groaned a little at the white stuff.
As luck would have it the wintry mix stayed mostly snow and we ended with quite a few inches of the white stuff. Later it turned to rain and the melting began. It could have been a lot worse.
Well not exactly early, but before dark. First time in a few weeks that's happened. Still had some stuff to do when I got home, but it was nice to have dinner with my husband at a decent hour.

Friday night we took over the lobby for some wine and lively conversation. My parents brought the wine and my mom managed to borrow glasses from the hotel bar. I had initially brough my laptop down to try and get some work done, but that didn't happen.
